She holds a BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage from The London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and a VTCT in Swedish Massage from Thames Valley University.
Sport massage is a hands-on therapy that addresses the root cause of a problem. It relaxes the body, relieves pain from injury and muscle overuse, restores energy levels, and improves flexibility and strength.
